If you have an ample budget, you can consider also updating the counter tops, hardware, lighting fixtures, and mirrors.

  1. Painting

There is no doubt that painting you home is the quickest way to freshen its look. But, you don’t have to re-paint the entire home! Focus on the rooms that receive the most traffic, such as the Kitchen or Living Room.  Neutral colors are the best choice to appeal to Buyers because it draws the focus to the home’s natural attributes, and it will pair easily with an array of furniture.  And lastly, any bright colored room should be painted- you may love your bright orange Gameroom, but the Buyer may not!
